• Travel booking management system
• Customer support services
• Payment processing through authorized providers

3. Booking Terms

Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation is required within 24 hours
• Full payment is required to secure booking
• Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before tour date
• 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
• Weather-related cancellations receive full refund

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Arrive at designated meeting points on time
• Follow safety instructions from tour guides
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Maintain valid travel documents

5. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through:

• PayPal (primary payment processor)
• All transactions are processed in USD
• Payment confirmation is required for booking completion
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6. Liability and Insurance

Imbassy maintains comprehensive tourism liability insurance as required by Egyptian tourism regulations. However:

• Customers are advised to obtain travel insurance
• We are not liable for personal belongings
• Medical emergencies are covered by local emergency services
• Force majeure events are beyond our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Roukit platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Imbassy and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws.

9. Dispute Resolution
